On February 1, 2026 Park National Corporation completed its merger with First Citizens Bancshares. The merger combines two bank subsidiaries - Park National Bank and First Citizens National Bank - and brings together the financial strength, disciplined management and community-banking traditions that have defined both institutions for generations.
